At sunrise over the Tambopata River, you will silently navigate by canoe while the first golden rays of the day reflect on the surface of the water.
Within a few minutes, you will arrive at a peaceful sandy beach, where you will disembark with your guide. After walking along the soft sand, you will ascend to a natural viewpoint in the middle of the jungle, where you can comfortably sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while observing the forest canopy.

Day 1: Puerto Maldonado – Welcome to Tambopata.

After lunch, we will take a walk through the tropical rainforest to discover giant trees, plants, and animals such as monkeys and Amazonian birds. We will visit the canopy tower and the hanging bridge to admire the jungle from above.
At night, we will take a boat excursion to search for caimans and nocturnal wildlife along the river.
Day 2: Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick .
Early morning departure by boat along the Tambopata River towards the famous Chuncho Clay Lick, where we will observe hundreds of parrots and macaws feeding on mineral-rich clay.
We will continue navigating along the Tambopata River, exploring the forest in search of monkeys, birds, peccaries, and other Amazonian wildlife.
At night, we will have the opportunity to observe nocturnal animals.
Day 3: Colorado Clay Lick – Primary Rainforest.
Early morning visit to the Colorado Clay Lick, one of the best places to observe a great variety of Amazonian macaws and parrots.
After breakfast, we will hike through the primary rainforest, learning about biodiversity, medicinal plants, and Tambopata conservation projects.
In the evening, we will enjoy a cultural experience with Amazonian stories and legends.
